ARRIVAL GUIDE

How to find your provider at Cancun Airport?

To ensure your transfer is fast, safe, and confusion-free, it is important to follow these instructions upon arrival at the airport.

Important: communication for your transfer is handled directly with the assigned provider (not the platform). You must have mobile data, Wi-Fi, or active WhatsApp to stay in contact during your arrival.
1

Contact your provider upon landing

Once your flight lands, stay alert for messages from your assigned provider. Your transfer coordination is handled directly with them, as they monitor your flight and organize your pickup.

2

Maintain communication during your exit

To properly coordinate your meeting with the provider, we recommend sending short messages such as:

  • I landed
  • Heading to immigration
  • I passed immigration
  • Waiting for luggage
  • I have my luggage
3

Confirm when you have your luggage

The most important moment is when you confirm: “I have my luggage”. From that point, the provider coordinates your final meeting with the assigned representative or driver.

Due to airport logistics, staff access or movement may take a few minutes.

4

Go to the meeting point

Once you exit with your luggage, head to the corresponding meeting point for your terminal.

Terminal 2 and Terminal 4 Welcome Bar
Terminal 3 Margaritaville
5

Look for your name or the provider logo

Depending on the agency, someone may be waiting with a sign displaying your name or the company logo. In some cases, the provider may indicate the exact meeting point directly via WhatsApp.

6

Verify your service and board your vehicle

Before boarding, confirm your name, destination, and provider. Then, staff will guide you to the assigned vehicle to begin your transfer.

Waiting and communication policy

The service includes a waiting time after landing to cover processes such as immigration, luggage collection, and terminal exit.

Included waiting time

A waiting time of up to 1 hour and 30 minutes from flight landing is generally included.

Direct communication with the provider

Maintaining direct communication with the provider is essential to coordinate your service. Without contact, it is not possible to confirm your location or properly prepare your pickup.

Extended delays

In special cases and subject to availability, the provider may extend the waiting time. This must be coordinated directly during your arrival.

Lack of communication

If there is no communication by any means, the provider cannot confirm whether the passenger has arrived or requires the service, which affects coordination.

Timing, communication, and No Show policy

The service includes a waiting time of up to 1 hour and 30 minutes from flight landing. This period allows time for immigration, luggage collection, and exiting the terminal.

Maintaining direct communication with the provider is essential. Without contact, it is not possible to confirm your location or properly coordinate your pickup.

If more than 1 hour and 30 minutes pass after landing and there is no communication or the passenger is not ready at the meeting point, the service may be considered a No Show.

If additional time is required, the provider may extend the waiting time subject to availability. This extension may involve an additional cost, which will be communicated directly by the provider.

If the service is lost due to lack of communication or exceeding the established time limits, any reactivation will require assigning a new vehicle, subject to availability and additional charges.

Final recommendation

Before traveling, make sure you have sufficient battery, internet connection, and access to WhatsApp or calls. Clear communication with your provider allows them to locate you faster and ensures your transfer starts without issues.
