The use of Go Shuttle Travel implies acceptance of the following technical and operational limitations of liability.
Although we strive to keep information updated, prices and availability depend on the database provided by suppliers. Any rate change requested by the supplier may require up to 48 hours to be updated. Go Shuttle Travel does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of real-time pricing.
Go Shuttle Travel acts as an intermediary. We have no control over the personal conduct of drivers or employees of transportation companies. We maintain a warning system to filter suppliers, but we are not responsible for individual actions during the physical transportation service.
Passengers are responsible for the custody of their belongings. In case of forgotten items, the customer must contact the supplier directly. If returning the item requires an additional trip by the driver, it may be treated as a courier service with an extra charge payable by the customer.
We do not guarantee that the reservation system will be free from interruptions or temporary technical errors. We are not responsible for losses resulting from connection failures or database errors that prevent immediate confirmation.
The platform may highlight suppliers based on their reliability or booking volume. These are informational suggestions and do not constitute a purchase obligation; the final choice of supplier is the sole responsibility of the user.
