By using Go Shuttle Travel, you agree that our role is to facilitate the connection between passengers and certified transportation providers.
The platform allows the booking of services whose payments may be processed directly by Go Shuttle Travel or settled directly with the provider, as specified during the purchase process. In all cases, the user agrees to the rates displayed at the time of confirming the booking through our official system.
In case of incidents, the passenger must first contact the provider using the details provided on their booking landing page. If no resolution is reached, they may contact [email protected] for mediation. Go Shuttle Travel is not responsible for resolutions handled by external payment platforms such as Stripe or PayPal in case of charge disputes.
Images are for illustrative purposes. The assigned vehicle (Sedan, SUV, Van, or Suburban) depends on the number of passengers and the selected service category. The model, color, and branding may vary depending on the availability of the certified provider.
Bookings are valid only if made through our official system on Go Shuttle Travel landing pages. After booking, the customer will receive the service details and provider contact information via email.
